It depends really given by the proportion of opalescence, but was usually 20%. For instructions to wear the trays during the night (6-8 hours). But using Opalescence 15% gel and use for about 30 minutes (I can not do much because I) are very sensitive, and after about 3 (used 3 days) I'm bright and white.
